July 2010 RCGP has announced version 5 of the e-portfolio, to be released on the 26th July. See here January 2010 Our Deanery has stipulated additional requirements in work place based assessments for educational supervision and panels, bless them, there is a checklist here but it is always best to check with the Deanery website also. At present it is in the Naturally Occurring Evidence section. December 2009 Stricter requirements for notifying absences from practice and half day release, local office must be notified of all holiday and sickness.
