The case was not developed enough for Ian to have had reasonable chance of succeeding with it. But i t did allow adjustment for Mark and Steve\rquote s performances (so thanks and apologies for being the \'93phase one study\'94) \par \par \par Mark clearly brought up the issue of making it safe environment; which in my mind would have made it a pass score (so well done) \par \par \par Steve had the advantage of going last after we refined how the problem affected the patient. Even accounting for this advantage he did a phenomenal consultation which covered a safety plan if things became dangerous (which would have been a clear end point an expe rienced GP assessor would have wanted to see) and explored her emotional aspect by asking \'93How it has been affecting her\'94 this led onto the (refined in action) disclosure of \'93 I have to chew my food very carefully until it is just right so that I can digest it which can take more than my lunch break of 1 hour\'94 \par So very well done to Steve for a clear pass (and apologies once again to Mark and Ian for not having the chance to go last after the case had been trialled on others and refined a bit) \par \par \par \par \par Peter Green \par }}
