Northallerton Vocational Training Scheme for UK General Practice provides postgraduate medical education in the Northallerton area of North Yorkshire. 

The scheme is part of the Yorkshire Deanery and the administrative base is in the Academic Centre, Friarage Hospital, Northallerton.

Northallerton is the administrative capital of North Yorkshire and is a market town located in a predominently rural area between the North Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Dales.

We aim to facilitate the education of excellent General Practitioners who will continue to grow and develop throughout their professional lives.
